I have just begun a new job and feel that the time is right for me to be looking into buying a new car. I have had my Fiat Punto for about 6 years now and even though she has been brilliant, unfortunately she is looking a bit old and scruffy.

My predicament is choosing the right car to invest in?

Nowadays there are so many cars on the market, and I worry that if I make the wrong purchase I will be lumbered with a car I do not like for the next 6 or 7 years.

A mate of mine suggested that perhaps it would be a good idea to look at the merits of leasing a car for a few years. My first thoughts were that this would work out too expensive and I should just buy a car outright.

I decided to do some investigative work and get all the facts and figures together to see what deals were around for Cheap Lease Cars.

I was very surprised by the competitive deals around, but still undecided about which car to choose.

My very first car was a Vauxhall Nova, so I thought that probably looking into Vauxhall Contract Hire would be a good place to begin my search.

Although Vauxhall have some super cars available, I was considering leasing a car more in line with my new company status.

My other half owns a fantastic Toyota Avensis and he is more than happy with his car. His car is very reliable and to date he has not had any problems with it. With this in mind, I conducted a search into Toyota Contract Hire and I was suitably impressed by the Toyota Landcruiser. I think this is a brilliant car, it is certainly big enough for the family with plenty of room for all my shopping and it will look great out in the company car park.

I think the Landcruiser will suit me very well for the next 3 years. The brilliant part is that at the end of the 3 year lease, I even have the option of buying the car if I want.
